Peoples' Victory Celebration

Nearly a quarter century after the tenants of the International Hotel were violently evicted from their home in Manilatown, the community came together under sunny skies to celebrate. The all-afternoon event featured poetry, dance, traditional Asian music and impassioned speeches.
