Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving may have been the beginning on what later became 200 years of genocide to the native peoples of this country, but the idea of giving thanks remains a noble one. This year, AsianWeek wanted to give heartfelt thanks to those who often go ovürlooked in their daily work. We asked around at hospitals, community organizations, schools and even MUNI to see who deserved a hearty round of gratitude.
