The photo was taken at a panel discussion titled “A Deeper Look at the Hmong Hunter Incident,” that took place on Friday, Feb. 18 at New York University. This picture should not have been placed under the item titled “Hmong Gangs Worry Sacramento Police,”(AsianWeek, Mar. 10).
