As we close 2006, there were many celebrations with pictures chronicling the occasion. So with the thought in mind that “pictures are worth 1,000 words,” let’s begin 2007 with a scrapbook page of pictures of notable recent events.
On a recent visit to Phoenix, Ariz., we met Manny Wong, who had just received the Hon Kachina Award for outstanding volunteerism.
Wong was honored for acting as interpreter and adviser for those seeking citizenship, employment and guidance in adjusting to life in America.
