JCCCNC 15th Annual Nikkei Open Golf Tournament

San Francisco - The Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California’s (JCCCNC) 15th Annual Nikkei Open Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, July 13th, 2009 at the Lake Merced Golf Club in Daly City. Proceeds from the Nikkei Open benefit JCCCNC’s programs and services.
Entry fee for this year’s fundraising golf tournament will be $250.00, which includes green fees, boxed lunch, tee prizes, hole giveaways and dinner. The shotgun start begins promptly at 12:30 p.m. The tournament is scramble scoring format. Prizes will be awarded for the top foursome. Special prizes will also be awarded to Hole-in-One and Closest-To-The-Pin winners.
The evening dinner program will be emceed by John Abendroth, former PGA Tour player and a co-host of “Hooked on Golf,” with Hawaiian music provided by Ka’ala Carmack and the J-Town Hui. There will also be a raffle drawing with the Grand Prize being a Hawaiian Getaway Package which includes round-trip tickets and hotel accommodations for two courtesy of Morrison Travel, Courtyard by Marriot Waikiki Beach and Lois Hunter. Raffle tickets and dinner program only tickets may be purchased by non-Nikkei Open golf participants as well.
