LOS ANGELES, CA—Project by Project LA will host its 11th annual tasting fundraiser event, Plate by Plate, at the beautiful Vibiana in Downtown Los Angeles on August 3rd, 2013. This event will  feature 50 of Southern California’s finest restaurants and beverage purveyors. Guest appearances will be made by some of LA’s top chefs as well as mixologists from premium bars and lounges such as Devon Espionosa from Pour Vous, Ink and Tasting Kitchen and Matt Biancaniello from Cliff’s Edge.

“Plate by Plate is an event that we enjoy being part of. The people attending the event are passionate about food and it brings such a special energy,” says Chef Ricardo Zarate & Stephane Bombet of Paiche, Picca & Mo-Chica. “They know the chefs, the new restaurants and are very adventurous when it comes to food. Which allows us to be more creative and offer bites that will get them excited. We have been part of it 5 years in a row and counting.”
