San Francisco, CA – On Lok Lifeways will be honoring and recognizing its seniors who are enjoying life beyond 100 years of age at the Centenarians Longevity Celebration on April 3.  The Centenarian Longevity Celebration will include lion dancing, musical and dance performances as well as special speaker Dr. Jay Luxenburg.

As a not-for profit organization serving the bay area, On Lok Lifeways works every day with families and seniors to provide the highest level of service. An innovative leader in senior care, On Lok is dedicated to supporting the unique needs of the elderly.  The Centenarian Longevity Celebration will take place from 1 – 2:15 pm at the On Lok Lifeways Jade Center in San Francisco located at 1333 Bush Street in San Francisco.

“On Lok would like to take this time to recognize our remarkable seniors and celebrate this unique stage in their lives,” said Raymond Chu, On Lok enrollment specialist.  “We encourage the community to join the celebration and invite everyone to witness the amazing accomplishments our seniors have achieved.”

On Lok Lifeways is a certified PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. The PACE model is centered on the belief that it is better for the well-being of seniors with chronic care needs and their families to be served in their community whenever possible.  It is a comprehensive health plan that provides long-term care for eligible seniors living in San Francisco, Fremont, Newark, Union City or Santa Clara County (not including Gilroy, Morgan Hill or San Martin). The program offers full medical care and support services with the goal of helping seniors live at home and in the community for as long as possible.
