General Terms & Conditions

1) AsianWeek has been a member of the Verified Audit Circulation Bureau since 1998.

2) Advertisers may not cancel orders or make changes in ads after the closing dates of the publication.

3) All rates are net.

4) All out-of-state advertisers must pre-pay. Some exceptions may apply.

5) Payments are due on the 30th day following statement date.

6) Pre-pay categories:
• Out of State (some exceptions may apply)
• Political Advertisements
• "Going Out of Business" Ads

7) Publisher’s liability for errors in advertising will not exceed the cost of that portion of space occupied by such error. Claims for adjustments must be made within seven days of publication.

8) Advertising rates are subject to change without notice. Contract advertisers will receive a 30-day written notice of any rate revisions.
